Job Description
Job Duties:
Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and preliminary pricing for multistory castinplace concrete structures in California.
Requirements:
1. Minimum of 10 years estimating selfperformed multistory castinplace concrete structures in California.
2. Excellent understanding of manhour production rates for various formwork systems and types placing and finishing tasks based on historical data.
3. Strong knowledge of Excel WinEst CostOS Timberline Precision Estimating; experience with PlanSwift / OnScreen Takeoff is a plus.
4. Experience with ModelBased Estimating is a plus.
