As a Ecommerce Practitioner & Leader in our CX capability you will be responsible for supporting the growth of the practice define/lead data practice vision services solutions and competencies in line with current & future market needs. You will be an avid technologist who enjoys solving complex architectural and consulting challenges and driving digital solutions.

This is an entrepreneurial opportunity where you will be responsible for the P&L of the entire practice and will have autonomy in conducting business operations under the overall vision of the organization.

The compensation will be fixed base profit sharing from the practice equity% in the company.

This position requires a strong technology background with a passion for assisting clients in defining their overall Drupal/Acquia technology strategy designs and delivery.

Responsibility:

Lead and transform the Ecommerce practice.

Be responsible for generating opportunity pipeline across a broad range of industry verticals.

Create value proposition for GotoMarket strategy develop offerings solutions and capabilities to create differentiating position for company in the market.

Establish and nurture strategic relationships with partners and vendors.

Build Ecommerce COE and practice competencies; and create the complete set of service and solution offerings in Salesforce.

Engage customers as a thought leader by building and leading an elite pool of architects/specialists.

Lead workshops clients meetings and RFPs manage sales pipeline from opportunity to closure/delivery and participate in proposal development commercial and contract negotiations.

Manage Presales solutioning sales enablement responsibilities for practice.

Build and nurture a talented pool of specialists in practice as a people manager.

Establish connects with industry stake holders and manage analyst relationships.

Evangelize our work and serve as a thought leader.
