Job Description

Position: Program Manager SMOG

Location: Remote

Duration: LongTerm Contract

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with crossfunctional partners to deliver projects from initiation through close within supply chain functions (sourcing/manufacturing/supply planning/inventory/logistics)
  • Work within an agile delivery methodology to develop and support sprint planning reviews and retrospectives and develop crossfunctional project plans including partnerships with technology teams vendors and leaders.
  • Squad Prog. Mgr role with a continuous backlog of projects to manage. (as opposed to managing one specific program)
  • Implement program & change management frameworks processes and templates right sized for speed scale and seamless implementation through the project cycle.
  • Foster broad crossfunctional collaboration and alignment to drive communication integrated planning and execution.

MUST NonNegotiable:

  • Reverse Logistics & 3 PL
  • Warranty Refub for sale ( Post Sales OPS).

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 10 years of experience initiating and executing highly crossfunctional projects and programs to deliver technology and business solutions.
  • Business knowledge of key supply chain processes across manufacturing planning sourcing and logistics.
  • Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree (MBA or MA) or equivalent experience
  • Project/Program Management certification (e.g. PMP or PgMP)
