Job Description:

DataOps is a centralized customer support team within Technology Reference Data Group that is focused on solving important and complex problems related to Infrastructure Data.

We are seeking an experienced Machine Learning engineer to closely work with us in transforming the customer support process. Primary responsibility will include building chatbot using Generative AI.
We have built a collaborative trusting thoughtprovoking team environment the candidate needs to be a quick learner and enthusiastic to implement new ideas and techniques into the project.


Ideal candidate must have:

1. At least 5 yrs of Python programming experience using its libraries and frameworks while contributing to meet significant project milestone.
2. Handson experience in AI ML Natural Language Processing (NLP) optimizing and finetuning models to improve results capability to analyze datasets develop deploy and maintain automated data pipeline.
3. Proficiency with text data preprocessing parsing data from different sources like Web pages Confluence Jira API etc.
4. Knowledge and passion towards experimenting with various Gen AI Large language models (LLM) LangChain Llamaindex RAG Prompt Engineering Transformer architecture.
5. Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS Azure in leveraging large scale model training.
6. Ability to influence architectural decisions while ensuring a resilient reliable and scalable maintainable solution is built.
7. Experience with GIT/BitBucket writing SQL queries and scripts for data handling.
8. Analytical and critical thinking ability and be comfortable dealing with ambiguity and fast changing environment.
9. Awareness of software development methodologies such as agile scrum.

Expert in in Python design technique as well as experience working across large environments with multiple operating systems/infrastructure for largescale programs (e.g. Expert Engineers) starting to be firmwide resources working on projects.
Is multiskilled with expertise across software development lifecycle and toolset
May be recognized as a leader in Agile and cultivating teams working in Agile frameworks
Sought out as coach for at least one technical skill
Strong understanding of techniques such as Continuous Integration Continuous Delivery Test
Driven Development Cloud Development resiliency security
Stays abreast of cutting edge technologies/trends and uses experience to influence application of those technologies/trends to support the business; may give speeches and outside the firm writes articles
