Job Description
Our client a leading Automotive Supplier in the Greater Toronto Area Ontario is currently looking for a fulltime permanent PLC Programmer with solid experience in Automotive or manufacturing sector.
Job: PLC Programmer
Location: Greater Toronto Area ON
Skills and Abilities Required
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering/CET with minimum 5 years of experience in related field
- 3 years of control systems design and programming experience
- Must be able to travel to local and international customer sites
- A thorough understanding of electrical control systems for automated machinery
- A good understanding of pneumatic and hydraulic control systems for automated machinery
- Proven programming skills using Allen Bradley Omron and Siemens PLCs and HMIs robot programming
- Must be able to legally travel through throughout Canada United States and Mexico for business purposes
- Ability to work in a timesensitive environment
- 5070% travel required in North America
