Position: Email SMS Support (Fulltime)

Salary:USD per month

Working Hours: Wednesday to Sunday 1pm 8pm EST
Holidays: Philippine holidays

We help thousands of paying members try something new in their city every month while helping our curated network of local business partners acquire passionate new customers.

We are in need of a customer support representative who can handle email and SMS inquiries. Ideally this person would have extensive experience using Intercom. Our company is a consumer subscription startup and we require support coverage during weekends and evenings not just the typical 95 schedule. The busiest times are during the first and last weeks of every month. We use Slack for internal communication.

Responsibilities:

• Provide support to customers via email and SMS
• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner
• Assist customers with account management and troubleshooting
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• More than 3 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficient with Intercom Slack and Google Workspace
• Good communication skills both verbal and written
