Senior Quantity Surveyor

Up to 80000 per annum Depending on experience.

Based in Enfield Covering London and surrounding areas.

This is a central position which aims to provide high quality surveying at a project level. Acting as the day to day link between the operational and commercial teams there will also be scope to progress to a more commercially led function within the business.

Requirements

What the role will involve for the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• Maintain contract project documentation.
  
• Attend weekly and monthly commercial meetings at a project level.
  
• Prepare and issue of EWN s and CE s to both the supply chain and clients.
  
• Administration of NEC3 contracts Options A & C including PSC
  
• Supply chain negotiation and letting package of work.
  
• Prepare and submission of monthly valuations final accounts and project tenders.
  
• Develop and nurture relationships with client representatives and supply chain.
  
• Various other duties including contract liaison with both clients and supply chain working with programmers at a project level.
  

What we are looking for in the Senior Quantity Surveyor:

• A demonstratable understanding of both pre contract and post contract work.
  
• An adept working knowledge of NEC 3 main and subcontract forms.
  
• Substantial experience within an NEC contract environment.
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  
• Strong Excel skills including the use of charts pivots lookups and sheet automation.
