ABAP Development Lead

We are seeking an experienced ABAP Development Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers in ABAP programming design testing and debugging work for SAP modules. This role requires a blend of technical expertise project management skills and leadership abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership and Supervision: Plan assign and supervise the work of a team engaged in ABAP programming to meet project needs priorities and deadlines.
• Project Staffing: Ensure the team is staffed with the right skill set to meet project demands.
• Client Relationship Management: Build effective relationships with clients to maintain and increase revenue.
• CrossDepartment Coordination: Collaborate with other department heads to integrate objectives and drive organizational growth.
• Advanced Programming: Develop and code complex programs for SAP modules using advanced SAP ABAP programming techniques including ABAP for Web Dynpro.
• Training and Evaluation: Train and evaluate the performance of assigned team members.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelors degree in Management Information Systems Computer Science Computer Engineering or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 8 years in IT with strong organizational analytical problemsolving and time management skills. Proven ability to multitask efficiently.
• Leadership: Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate and direct a team in IT roles.
• ProblemSolving: Strong problemsolving prioritization and decisionmaking skills.
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work effectively with staff at all levels.
• Resilience: Ability to work under pressure and within tight schedules.
