Job Description
We are talent acquisition partners for all major insurance companies in India. We are hiring sales professionals for leading insurance companies like Max Life HDFC Life Edelweiss Tokio Kotak Life Aditya Birla Life and Bajaj Allianz Life.
Job Details:
- Required Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in Life Insurance Sales in Banca / Direct / Agency / BFSI
- CTC Bracket: upto 4 LPA
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate or Post Graduate
- Location: Mysore Bangalore Hubballi
- Candidate must have own conveyance
You will be responsible for:
- To generate leads through activities and use enablers for lead generation
- To have minimum of 3 new customer meetings in a day
- To provide after sales service and do upselling with the existing customers
- To ensure 100% branch staff activation every quarter
- To train and skill partner staff on need based selling and product sales pitch
- To ensure 100% of branches with Min of 23 SP license holders and support them with the same to drive business target achievements.
