Job Description:
- Provide exceptional customer support to clients using Greasebook software
- Answer customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues with the software
- Assist customers with onboarding process and software setup
- Collaborate with the technical team to escalate and resolve technical issues
Essential Qualifications:
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Strong problemsolving abilities
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
Desired Experience:
- 13 years of experience in customer support or a related field
- Experience in the oil & gas industry is a plus
