We are looking for a dynamic Performance Marketing Manage. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing effective marketing campaigns across various platforms including Facebook Ads Google Ads TikTok Ads and other paid advertising channels. The goal is to drive qualified traffic and sales growth while optimizing the conversion rates through systematic creative and landing page A/B testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Management: Develop launch and manage campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook Google TikTok etc.) to drive sales and achieve ROI targets.
- Audience Management: Facilitate 1st party data collection and segmentation. Proactively mine audiences insights to create a personalized advertising experience.
- Conversion Optimization: Build a pipeline of A/B tests onsite and offsite to improve the traffic quality AOV and customer lifetime value conversion from paid initiatives. Implement strategies to enhance user experience and streamline the customer journey.
- Creative testing: Research our target audiences establish our personas and recommend ads messaging angles.
- Analytics and Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and analytics to assess effectiveness. Provide actionable insights and regular reports on campaign results including recommendations for future strategies.
- Budget Management: Manage the advertising budget efficiently ensuring optimal allocation across platforms and brands for maximum impact.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the email design and customer service teams to ensure that the marketing efforts align with the overall business objectives and brand guidelines.
- Market Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends in digital marketing including advancements in ad technologies and changes in consumer behavior.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing Business Administration or a related field.
- Proven experience (4 years) in performance marketing particularly with Facebook Google and TikTok advertising.
- Strong background in conducting A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).
- Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics Facebook Insights Northbeam) and experience in datadriven decision making.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset.
- Experience in the fitness equipment or health and wellness industry is a plus.
- Creative problemsolving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- English C1 or above
