Sr Project Manager for App Modernization

Lead the planning and implementation of technical projects.

Define project scope goals and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.

Develop detailed project plans schedules and budgets.

Allocate resources and manage project teams to ensure project objectives are met.

Monitor project progress and performance and make adjustments as necessary.

Identify and manage project risks and issues.

Ensure adherence to project management best practices and methodologies including PMP Scrum and Agile.

Utilize tools such as Jira for project tracking and reporting.

Effectively communicate project status issues and risks to stakeholders.

Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure their engagement throughout the project lifecycle.

Utilize RASCI matrix and Power Influence matrix for effective project governance.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or related field.

PMP certification is required.

1015 years of experience in project management with a focus on technical projects.

Strong understanding of project management methodologies including Agile and Scrum.

Experience with project management tools such as Jira.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Experience in stakeholder management and engagement.

Proven ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Preferred Qualifications:

Masters degree in business administration or related field.

Experience in aviation.

Experience working with crossfunctional teams in a global environment.
