Job Description
Title: .Net programmer (Healthcare domain and AIX Env)
Location: Albany NY (HYBRID)
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.
Key Qualifications:
- Proficiency in writing SQL and PL/SQL queries updates stored procedures functions and cursors within Oracle databases. Experience in optimizing Oracle SQL queries is a plus.
- Strong background in developing and maintaining web applications utilizing modern clientside technologies such as HTML5 AJAX JavaScript JQuery Bootstrap and CSS.
- Familiarity with interpreting and developing Visual Basic 6 (VB6) code and structure.
- Experience working in an AIX environment including writing and executing AIX commands.
- Ability to interpret and analyze complex business requirements and translate them into application logic efficiently.
- Experience in automated unit testing and utilizing Team Foundation Server (TFS) 2010 or later for development activities and code repositories.
- Prior experience in coding and maintaining applications containing Health Care data falling under HIPAA Protected Health Information (PHI) regulations is highly desirable.
