Access Global Group is hiring an experienced Sr Salesforce Certified Administrator for our Salesforce Implementation team.

    SENIOR SALESFORCE CERTIFIED ADMINISTRATOR

    A Successful Candidate Will Have Demonstrated Strengths in These Areas:

  • All aspects of user and license management including new user setup/deactivation roles profiles permissions public groups OWD sharing rules
  • Oversees & helps develop Salesforcerelated data analysis. Including but not limited to reports and dashboards in Salesforce.
  • Salesforce configuration changes including (but not limited to): Flow assignment rules approval processes fields page layouts record types dynamic layouts apps actions custom settings mobile administration dashboards and reports
  • Understanding of basic triggers/Apex code knowledge
  • Sandbox environment management
  • DevOps/release management experience
  • Identify and gather requirements translating into best practice scalable solutions with a focus on exceptional user experience
  • Identify unused or underutilized platform features
  • Create a platform roadmap and define priorities liaising with stakeholders
  • Own the communication of any platform changes to end users and stakeholders
  • Data management to improve Salesforce data quality implementing rules and automation as needed
  • Proactive system maintenance including Security Reviews Release Updates Health Check and Optimizer
  • User support tickets
  • Monitor and improve user adoption
  • New user and ongoing user training
  • Technical documentation
  • Management of integrated applications and thirdparty suppliers including e.g. DocuSign Conga etc.
  • What you can bring to the team:

  • 5 years of successful Salesforce Administration experience (B2B preferred)
  • Minimum of (SCA) Salesforce Certified Administrator certification required
  • Salesforce Implementation experience
  • Design create and support solutions to drive business processes in Salesforce that are secure and scalable
  • Hands on experience with Flow Validation Rules custom fields page layouts custom objects Apex or Lightning Web Components development etc.
  • Liaise with stakeholders across the entire sales organization and ecosystem (Sales Marketing Finance IT Operations) to understand their constantly evolving needs
  • Take full ownership of project delivery if applicable
  • QA Testing (Peer Functional)
  • Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to drive out requirements
  • Create process flow diagrams
  • Investigating production issues
  • Excellence in communication and professionalism in any situation
  • A proactive attitude to platform enhancements
  • Experience in change management and governance
  • Understanding of triggers/Apex code knowledge
  • Technical documentation and translating requirements into technical solutions
  • Experience implementing Salesforce configuration changes
  • DevOps/release management experience
  • Excellent relationshipbuilding skills
  • Ability to liaise with stakeholders at all levels
