Job Description
Our Client is a wellestablished Vehicle Repair Centre based in the Croydon area of London an excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Vehicle Damage Assessor to join their team. The ideal candidate will be able to think on their work well under pressure and working experience of Audatex (or similar estimating software).
Requirements
Establish and authorise area of damage to vehicles
Use Audatex and computer systems to perform estimates and record information
Ensure the correct methods of repair are agreed upon and authorised
Liaise with customers and provide them with information regarding their repairs
Ensure all relevant information is completed to the agreed standard
Adhere to Health and Safety rules and regulations

The ideal candidate will have
- Previous experience assessing damaged vehicles and providing estimates
- Customer service skills
- Current driving license
- Microsoft office experience i.e. Word Excel Outlook
