Summary

This position is a back up for business office functions providing work coverage for the various operational work units in the RCBS organization. This includes billing collections reimbursement validation cash posting mail handling scanning sorting assembly copying faxing and data entry functions. In addition this position provides training to Associates on RCBS processes as required by the Manager to support new and existing Associates. Responsibilities Provides back up coverage and support for various positions within RCBS as assigned by the manager Provides coaching and mentoring for associates on transactional processes assigned

MAJOR JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides back up coverage and support for various positions within RCBS as assigned by the manager

Provides coaching and mentoring for associates on transactional processes assigned by the manager
