Special Educator

Job Overview: The Special Educator is responsible for providing specialized instruction and support to students with disabilities or diverse learning needs. Work with students parents and support staff to address behavioral challenges and develop individualized behavior plans as needed.

1. Collaboration and Consultation:

Collaborate with classroom teachers administrators and support staff to promote inclusive practices and create a supportive learning environment for students with disabilities.

Consult with parents guardians and external professionals to gather input share progress and coordinate services for students with disabilities.

Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings IEP meetings and other collaborative forums to discuss student progress share insights and develop strategies for supporting student success.
