JOB DESCRIPTION:

Technical Lead responsibilities:

• Lead endtoend architectural design and delivery of Salesforce solutions with a focus on seamless integration with CPQ systems.
• Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements and translate them into scalable and sustainable architecture designs.
• Develop and maintain application roadmaps standards and delivery guidelines ensuring alignment with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
• Conduct strategic planning sessions and architecture reviews to ensure that Salesforce solutions meet enterpriselevel client needs and align with business objectives.
• Provide expertise and guidance on Salesforce and CPQ integration strategies including recommending best practices and identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Design and implement complex data models ensuring data integrity and scalability through regular architecture reviews and optimization of SalesforceCPQ data interactions.
• Maintain strong relationships with client sponsors and leadership to ensure customer satisfaction address questions and serve as a trusted advisor for engagement.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers analysts and project managers to ensure successful implementation and delivery of Salesforce solutions.

Delivery Lead responsibilities:

• Collaborate closely with the Technical Lead to understand project goals objectives and technical requirements ensuring alignment with overall business objectives.
• Act as a liaison between crossfunctional teams including development sales marketing and operations to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of project plans timelines and budgets ensuring adherence to milestones and deliverables.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact project delivery working proactively to find solutions and minimize disruptions.
• Support the Technical Lead in resource management including allocation of team members and external resources to optimize project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Provide regular updates and reports on project status progress and key metrics to stakeholders and senior management.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation within the project team seeking opportunities to enhance processes tools and methodologies.
• Serve as a mentor and advisor to team members providing guidance and support in navigating technical challenges and achieving project objectives.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders ensuring their needs are understood and addressed throughout the project lifecycle.

Technical Analyst responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders including clients architects developers and project managers to gather and document business requirements for Salesforce CRM and CPQ integration projects.
• Create detailed wireframes mockups and prototypes to visually represent system functionality and user interface design ensuring alignment with business objectives and user needs.
• Document business processes workflows and system requirements in clear and concise manner ensuring accuracy and completeness.
• Work closely with the EndtoEnd Architect to translate business requirements into technical specifications and solution designs providing input and feedback as needed.
• Assist in the configuration and customization of Salesforce CRM and CPQ systems including data mapping field creation workflow automation and user permissions setup.
• Conduct system demos and user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions to showcase system functionality and gather feedback from stakeholders ensuring alignment with requirements and expectations.
• Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot issues resolve defects and ensure the successful implementation of system enhancements and customizations.
