Maintenance Technician Facilities

What Youll Do:

Support Plant Operations.

Maintain Condition of the plant shop and maintenance tools

Support Process Safety Management and location safety efforts.

Conduct seasonal prep work including Annual Preventative Maintenance Repairs and Improvements.

Assure proper setup calibration operation and preventative maintenance of equipment machines and facilities.

Complete grounds and facility maintenance as needed.

Complete fabrication projects to improve plant processes.

Work with vendors and contractors to safely and effectively complete work.

Other duties as assigned.

What Skills You Need:

High school diploma or GED

1 years of relevant work experience in a maintenance dept

Willing and able to work in a variety of areas (field plant warehouse)

Willing and able to climb and/or work in elevated areas standing and sitting for extended periods

Willing and able to work both outdoors and indoors in hot cold wet and dry conditions

Willing and able to lift up to 50 lbs. and complete work that involves repetitive motion and/or repetitive lifting

Willingness and ability to work shiftwork and overtime hours including weekend work required during seasonal peaks

Pay Rate: $21/hr

If the plant moves to shifts shift differentials will be added to hourly rate:

Shift 2: shift start time at noon $0.50/hr

Shift 3: shift start time at 6pm $0.75/hr

Schedule:

Currently MondayFriday 6:00am2:30pm; during harvest and/or packaging the plant will move to a 24/5 schedule and this position must be available for rotating shifts. Those schedules will be determined when closer to the seasons.
