Job Description

Are you ready to take the next step in your career as a Program Manager Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Program Manager who is responsible for managing the daytoday operations of our program across multiple workstreams spanning various business areas including sales operations legal and regulatory and product management. This role requires strong leadership strategic thinking project management and relationship management skills to ensure the successful execution of the program. Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee endtoend program delivery across multiple workstreams and business areas including the development and maintenance of detailed plans timelines and roadmaps for successful execution.
  • Led and managed various program meetings to support overall program management such as kickoff program status and core team meetings.
  • Responsible for overseeing all program communications to stakeholders managing escalations and communicating changes effectively to all stakeholders.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies legal requirements and industry standards across all relevant business areas.
  • Conduct workshops and interviews with external partners to gather featurelevel requirements supporting sizing and roadmap planning.
  • Facilitate decision reviews on open process design items across teams documenting decisions and impacts to requirements.
  • Manage project RAID items (risks issues actions and decisions) resolving issues with appropriate stakeholder groups across multiple business areas.
Skills:
  • Verbal and written communication skills problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex programs and delivering results across various business areas.
  • Strong leadership strategic thinking and problemsolving abilities.
  • Desired experience in operations or retail environment.
Education/Experience:
  • Bachelors degree in business administration or a related field.
  • PMI or PMP certification preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in project or program management.

Additional Responsibilities:
  • Participate in OrangePeople monthly team meetings and participate in teambuilding efforts.
  • Contribute to OrangePeople technical discussions peer reviews etc.
  • Contribute content and collaborate via the OPWiki/Knowledge Base.
  • Provide status reports to OP Account Management as requested.
