Shift Type/Shift Times/Hours/Day: Nights 11:00 PM 7:00 AM 8

Shift Notes: 11p7a MondayThursday nights

Weekend Requirements: TBD/Holiday coverage required

OnCall Requirements: No call unless the traveler chooses to help

Traveler Policy: Will only consider travelers whose permanent addresses are outside of a 50mile radius of the facility

EMR: CPSI

** Requested time off during this assignment MUST be noted and verified at upload. RTO REQUESTS AFTER UPLOAD WILL NOT BE APPROVED. NO MORE THAN 5 DAYS OF RTO WILL BE ACCEPTED (less is better).

• 2 years of current Xray Tech experience in a hospital setting Required
• ARRT/(R) Certification Required
• Previous Travel Preferred
• Bachelors Degree Preferred

• Skills Checklist (pertinent to position) current to 1 year
• 2 Supervisory Signed Reference (from within the past two years of employment)
• License/Certifications Must be uploaded with profile (ARRT and BLS)
