SOX Compliance Manager

The Release and SoX Compliance Manager will be accountable for:

• The delivery of regular releases which include changes from across multiple workstreams taking ownership of release scoping; environment preparation; testing coordination and deployment management.
• Liaise closely with Scrum leads Business and technical teams throughout the release cycle to ensure successful transition of changes into live.
• Effective and transparent communications to all interested stakeholders in the release process.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the team to drive forward an efficient release process utilising industry best practices.
• Understanding of external auditor requirements and expectations for SoX Compliance.
• Evidence provision and driving IT general controls and IT Automated Control with sound understanding of IT infrastructure and applications.
• Ensuring control effectiveness and assisting business with control remediation plans and UARs
• Helping business to improve and maintaining Change management manual.
• Awareness of leadingedge tools techniques and services within IT e.g. Azure Devops
• Sufficient level of technical background to provide highly credible leadership to development teams and be able to evaluate complex program risks and issues accurately and objectively.
• Experience in managing release pipeline across different technology stacks.
• Undertakes review on the function for compliance and quality.
• Reviewing and driving CSI initiatives
• Accountability & governance of function
• Possesses quantitative skills and analytical rigor and capable of integrating multiple sources and large amount of data.
• Attention to detail selfdirected organized and efficient at time management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal communication skills to ensure strong collaboration between different functions.
• Effective problemsolving and business judgment skills.
• Ability to handle multiple issues simultaneously and work well under pressure.
