Job Title: IT Service Delivery Analyst
Location: Remote
We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualifications.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a primary contact point for clients ensuring their IT service needs are promptly and effectively addressed.
- Monitor service performance metrics to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to devise and execute plans for enhancing services.
- Analyze data from the service desk to detect trends and areas for improvement.
- Assist in creating and managing service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Provide technical support and guidance to clients and internal stakeholders when required.
- Conduct regular service evaluations with clients to gather feedback and ensure their satisfaction.
- Stay updated on the latest industry practices and emerging technologies in IT service delivery.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of training programs for internal staff and clients.
- Undertake ad hoc projects and tasks related to IT service delivery as directed by management.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in IT service delivery or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving capabilities.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
- Familiarity with IT service management tools and software.
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices is advantageous.
- Certifications such as ITIL HDI or CompTIA are Preferred .
