Overview:

As a Scrum Master you will play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of an Azure data automation project with an ML team. You ll facilitate Agile practices guide the team through the Scrum framework and help create a collaborative and efficient work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate Scrum Processes: Lead daily standups sprint planning sprint reviews and retrospectives. Ensure that the team adheres to Scrum principles and values.
• Coach and Mentor: Support team members in adopting Agile practices. Encourage selforganization and continuous improvement.
• Remove Impediments: Identify and address obstacles that hinder the team s progress. Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues promptly.
• Planning and Monitoring: Assist in planning deliverables sprint goals and timelines. Monitor team performance and adjust as needed.
• Risk Management: Identify and manage risks related to project delivery. Proactively address potential roadblocks.
• Collaboration: Act as a bridge between data scientists developers and business stakeholders. Foster effective communication and collaboration.
• Scrum Framework Maintenance: Ensure that the Scrum framework is followed consistently. Maintain project artifacts (backlog burndown charts etc.).
• Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends best practices and emerging technologies related to data automation and ML.

Qualifications:

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification.
• Experience: Prior experience as a Scrum Master in datarelated projects preferably with Azure services and ML.
• Agile Mindset: Strong understanding of Agile principles and practices.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• ProblemSolving: Ability to identify and address challenges effectively.
• Collaborative Attitude: A team player who fosters collaboration and trust.
