Qualifications

• Knowledge of technology networking system operations web and multiple system practices.
• Established background in information technology systems troubleshooting and support minimum 2 years of experience.
• Highly organized and enjoys assisting others

Essential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned)

• Primary Responsibilities to include:
  • Supporting the entire Davies community of users
  • Managing the Help Desk ticketing system to ensure accurate and timely response to and closure of tickets.
  • Manage the 1:1 Chromebook initiative by streamlining workflow coordinating warranty repair services and controlling inventory.

1. with hardware issues desktop computers Chromebooks laptops tablets printers etc.
2. accurate technology inventory tracking and reporting capability
3. with any special projects or comprehensive system upgrades.

• Perform other duties assigned by the Director or IT Coordinator.
  

Skills Required

• Ability to communicate with faculty staff and students; both written and oral proficiency is required
• Ability to multitask and prioritize projects while maintaining high customer service standards
• Has a working knowledge of common information technologies systems and office productivity tools
