Senior Service Designer (Expert Level)
We are seeking a seasoned Service Designer with extensive expertise in customer experience analysis. The ideal candidate will have the ability to transition from analysis to defining new customer segments and exploring new business potentials. This project requires a proactive individual who is adept at stakeholder communication and skilled in visual communication.
The Senior Service Designer will collaborate closely with client Brand Experience to study and define customer profiles for key strategic future business areas industries and segments. The project aims to cocreate and refine a strategic ecosystem map predicting how selected industries might evolve.
You will work within a crossfunctional multidisciplinary global team and be part of the Service Design team.
Candidates must have a welldeveloped Service Design portfolio that demonstrates problemsolving using design tools and visually presents relevant assignments through effective storytelling.
