Job Description
• (1) Requesting and administering IT user accounts for all non-FTE staff and direct partners. Dealing with mailbox, queries, and account issues.
• (2) Assisting in the enrolment of new starters (FTE and work Package). Providing basic user support on the first day, dealing with queries, etc
• (3) Assisting with PO requests and GRNs for work package resources
• (4) Supporting the Team Manager with administrative support, data recording (spreadsheet) and system accuracy management
