Job Description
Define Capacity measurements for IT delivery Nodes / Services.
• Suggest capacity solutions to achieve the forecasted service.
• Development & of IT Capacity and performance plans in line with the company’s assumption.
• Mange IT budget including DB and IT outlook.
• Mange the technical expansion projects raised from core metrics.
• Study the effect of promotions and new services on the IT nodes capacity.
• Analyse the core metrics DB submission, 2+10, 5+7 and 9+3 to get the trends of the services and decides if any expansion is needed.
• Responsible for redistributing traffic to ensure performance and quality of service.
