Job Duties: We are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our Personalization team. The ideal candidate will have a dual role as a Business Analyst and Project Manager leading business users and various development teams in gathering requirements and designing details for the product catalog. Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the effort to gather and document detailed requirements and designs including conversion details.
• Acting as a technical business analyst by understanding business requirements and translating them into data mapping specifications.
• Communicating effectively with internal teams and clients to deliver functional requirements such as screen and interface designs.
• Collaborating with architects engineers development managers product managers testers and other stakeholders to communicate product requirements.
• Understanding the full endtoend impacts of initiatives and identifying any impacts on other crossfunctional teams/applications.
• Working on production issue resolutions.
• Analyzing user operations to understand requirements and determine opportunities to streamline processes.

Must Have Skills:

• Excellent oral written and documentation skills; experience in executive presentations.
• Strong analysis and design skills in developing products and services including frontend and backend integration.
• Knowledge of DB2 and relational database design.
• Bachelors degree in computer science information systems business administration or a related field.
• Four or more years of relevant work experience.

Desired Skills:

• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple often conflicting priorities to successful completion.
• Experience making independent decisions based on policies practices and project requirements.
• Experience in the technology or telecommunications industry is preferred but not required.
