Job Description
We are looking for Technical Lead BLE/DECT with 9 to 12 Yr of Experience for our esteemed client for Trivandrum Location.
Key Skills: BLE DECT Bluetooth ARM CortexM

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Develop SW in the respective areas according to the SDK Vision and Roadmap and in collaboration with the SW Architects
- Own the quality of the software (ensure the quality of delivered software)
- Write test and document Embedded Software.
- Schedule own tasks participate in SW planning and report progress to project leader
- Design develop and test BLEenabled embedded systems Work with other engineers to integrate BLE into existing systems
- Develop and maintain BLE software and firmware Analyze and troubleshoot BLE problems
- Work with customers to define and implement BLE requirements.
- Stay up to date on the latest BLE technologies
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
Requirements
- Mandatory experience in Lowlevel protocol development (Either Bluetooth Bluetooth LE audio DECT or any other realtime protocols)
- Fully competent in all aspects of software engineering concerning coding and testing.
- Ability to prioritise work set goals and meet deadlines for self and others.
- System knowledge (SW/HW) Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in C programming and experience in development of software in deeply embedded platforms Verification and testing of deliverables against specifications and requirements.
Desired Skills
- Bluetooth and/or DECT Stack development proven experience.
- SW development ARM CortexM processors
- Multidisciplinary focus digital hardware and embedded software.
- Human relations skills are important to convince others (e.g. in projects) based on technical knowledge and shows assertiveness to alert superiors/colleagues
