Job Description
We are looking for Technical Lead NFC with 9 to 12 Yr of Experience for our esteemed client for Trivandrum Location.
Key Skills: NFC C NFC tags RF principles

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor a team of software engineers in the design development and testing of NFC software applications.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including hardware engineers and product managers to define software requirements and specifications.
- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance and support to team members resolving complex technical issues.
- Collaborate with quality assurance teams to ensure highquality and reliable software releases.
- Work closely with project managers to define project timelines milestones and deliverables.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar role in projects utilizing Near Field Communication (NFC) technologies
- Strong programming skills in C
- Indepth knowledge of NFC standards such as ISO/IEC 14443 and ISO/IEC 180003
- Experience in implemeting NFC tags and readers
- General knowledge in wireless networking including understanding of RF principles.
- Ability to make strategic technical decisions and guide the team towards successful project completion.
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Desired Skills
- Prior experience in IoT or embedded systems development is a plus.
- Knowledge of C/Python development
- Experience with RTOS development
