Job Title: Marketing Manager

Job Responsibilities:
- Establish positioning identify target audiences and develop marketing plans with specific objectives across different channels and segments
- Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish leveraging internal support and driving collaboration
- Analyze customer insights consumer trends market analysis and marketing best practices to build successful strategies
- Create maintain and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and gotomarket strategies complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics
- Generating new business leads increase customer conversions and generate more qualified leads
- Coordinating marketing strategies and budgets with the Sales Retention & Management Departments.
- Managing the marketing team
- Keeping informed of marketing strategies and trends.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in marketing business or related field
- A masters degree in a relevant field will be advantageous.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- At least two years experience as a marketing manager.
- Proven success in developing marketing plans and campaigns
- Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy
- Metricsdriven marketing mind with eye for creativity
- Proficiency in electronic marketing automation software is advantageous
- Extensive knowledge of marketing strategies channels and branding
- Strong project management multitasking and decisionmaking skills
- Superb leadership communication and collaboration abilities.

- Strong time management and organizational abilities
