Job Description
Our client is seeking a patientfocused Physical Therapist to provide exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes. The ideal candidate will be passionate about patient care have a Doctorate or Masters in Physical Therapy a valid Physical Therapy License and be committed to making diversity equity and inclusion a priority within a diverse workforce. Key Responsibilities Provide excellent health care for patients Evaluate new patients and develop plans of care Treat patients and set measurable functional goals Educate patients on treatment options and home exercises Supervise aides and monitor patient progress Address pain management as a crucial component of care Determine when to discharge patients and teach proper mechanics and strategies Write timely and accurate documentation Achieve a reasonable level of productivity Participate in research studies and help develop protocols Give input on policies procedures and strategy Handle patient feedback and complaints promptly and professionally Continuing skills development by staying updated in the latest research and techniques Schedule and Shift Details Clinic Hours MF 7 AM 7 PM Schedule flexible within hours of operation
Requirements
Masters Degree or Higher
Valid American Board of Physical Specialties (ABPTS)
Preferred:
Interventional Pain Experience
Any of the valid certifications
Wellness Coaching
Clincial Exersize
Cardiac Rehabilitation Professional
