We are seeking a dedicated and experienced First Class Boiler Attendant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining highpressure boiler systems used in our facility. This role requires a thorough understanding of boiler operation maintenance protocols and safety procedures to ensure the smooth and efficient functioning of the boilers.
Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain highpressure boilers including starting and shutting down the system.
- Monitor boiler operations and adjust controls to ensure efficient and safe operation.
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections to identify and address potential issues before they lead to breakdowns.
- Record and maintain accurate logs of all boiler operations inspections maintenance and repairs.
- Ensure compliance with all local state and federal regulations and safety standards.
- Respond to emergency situations involving the boiler systems to prevent accidents and damage.
- Coordinate with the maintenance team to schedule repairs and inspections to minimize downtime.
Essential Qualifications:
- Certified as a First Class Boiler Attendant by a recognized institution.
- Minimum 10 years of total work experience in managing and operating highpressure boilers.
