Business Process Engineer

Process Optimization and Operational Risk Mitigation: Evaluate and reengineer actuarial and accounting processes identifying areas for improvement and operational risk mitigation. Ensure seamless integration of these processes with Azure cloud solutions.

Technical Solutioning and Cloud Migration: Implement the migration of critical actuarial workloads to the Azure platform ensuring high levels of performance security and scalability.

Crossfunctional Collaboration : Work closely with IT actuarial and accounting teams to align technical solutions with business strategies. Provide mentorship and guidance to team members inprocess optimization.

Database support: Load semiannual Solvency II sensitivity model output to the data warehouse per agreed internal deadlines. Prepares extract for loading quarterly Solvency II cash flows from Hannover office reporting system to the data warehouse. Update mapping tables as needed.

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science Actuarial Science Risk Management or related field.

Minimum of 3 years experience working in data analyst role in financial services or related area

Proven ability to read and refactor SQL R and Python code.

Intermediate/Advanced MS Office: Excel Word Outlook and Powerpoint

Advanced database or related skills

Demonstrated experience in process reengineering and cloud solution implementations.

Strong analytical and problemsolving skills

Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Desired knowledge skills and abilities: Education certifications licensure industryspecific experience experience working with certain equipment or systems and skill proficiency levels that are desired but not required for job eligibility.

Actuarial certification exams or designations such as Associate of the Society of Actuaries.

Progress towards Microsoft Azure Certifications: Azure Administrator and/or Solutions Architect.

Experience in financial services insurance or reinsurance industries.

Experiencein managing and coordinating projects.
