One of our clients well reputed & growing Early Childcare Development & Education Company operating daycares at leading corporates in Karachi is looking to hire an Accounts and Admin Manager for its Head Office.
Main requirements are as follows:
- Bachelors Degree in Commerce or professional accounts qualification
- 4 to 5 years work experience in accounting
- Ability to make accounts and maintain books with remote supervision.
- Handling and maintaining all transactions in Quick Books Online.
- Managing accounts payable accounts receivable and payroll
- Prepare monthly management reports and dashboards (Profit & Loss Balance Sheet Bank Reconciliation & Cash flow Statement)
- Prepare and reconcile data for audit and tax purposes as required
- Prepare and monitor budgets financial forecasts and cash flow projections
- Assist in feasibility reports forecasting and financial models (for growth purposes)
- Ability to do some Admin work.
