Full Stack Engineer At Global Sourcing Company

We are looking for a passionate Full Stack Engineer to join our expanding team reporting directly to our strategy and growth lead to work in a remote setup for our Singaporebased client. For this role we only process candidates that are based in Metro Manila Philippines and have legal authorization to work in the Philippines.

Purpose

As a FullStack Developer youll be a cornerstone of our technology team playing a pivotal role in the design development and implementation of our platforms frontend and backend. Youll be working directly with our product strategy and growth teams to innovate and create applications and features that align with our mission and serve our clients needs. We are looking for passionate professionals with a knack for problemsolving who are ready to build from scratch are comfortable with the inherent risks of earlystage startups and display a readiness to learn adapt and grow.

What youll be doing

• Designing building and maintaining efficient reusable and reliable code.
• Working on both frontend and backend frameworks and thirdparty libraries.
• Collaborating with the product and design teams to understand enduser requirements and use cases and translate them into pragmatic and effective technical solutions.
• Integrating our applications with thirdparty web services.
• Enhance application performance using your expert knowledge of Frontend & Backend Frameworks ensuring a seamless user experience.

What youll need to be successful

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a FullStack Developer role including extensive experience with our core stack: Node.js React Express TypeScript Sequelize & Postgres
• Strong knowledge of frontend technologies including HTML CSS React & Typescript.
• Proficiency in PostgreSQL and SQL skilled in executing migrations and managing complex ETL pipelines.
• Some experience with Docker CI/CD pipelines as well as deploying applications on AWS.
• Familiarity with AWS services such as S3 Ec2 Lambda & Cloudwatch etc.
• Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to translate technical jargon into plain language.
• Good problemsolving skills and ability to troubleshoot and optimise performance.
• Comfortable with ambiguity and ability to navigate within a fastpaced startup environment flexible quick on your feet and ready to tackle the unknown.
