Senior Executive Revenue & Front Office

Job Overview:

As a Senior Executive in Revenue & Front Office you will play a vital role in maximizing revenue opportunities and ensuring smooth front office operations at Intercity Salalah. You will oversee revenue management strategies optimize room inventory and lead the front office team to deliver exceptional guest service. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success and growth of our esteemed hotel.

Key Responsibilities:

Revenue Management:

Develop and implement revenue management strategies to optimize room occupancy rates and revenue.

Monitor market trends competitor pricing and demand forecasts to adjust pricing and inventory strategies accordingly.

Analyze revenue performance metrics including occupancy rates RevPAR and ADR to identify opportunities for improvement.

Room Inventory Management:

Manage room inventory allocation across distribution channels to maximize revenue and occupancy.

Ensure accurate and timely updates to room availability restrictions and rates in the property management system (PMS).

Implement dynamic pricing strategies and promotional offers to drive bookings and revenue growth.

Front Office Operations:

Oversee front office operations including guest checkin/checkout reservations and guest services.

Train and supervise front office staff to ensure adherence to standards of service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Resolve guest complaints and inquiries promptly and professionally ensuring a positive guest experience.

Guest Relations:

Build and maintain strong relationships with guests addressing their needs and preferences to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.

Implement guest recognition programs and initiatives to personalize the guest experience and foster repeat business.

Reporting and Analysis:

Prepare and analyze daily weekly and monthly reports on revenue performance occupancy trends and guest satisfaction scores.

Provide insights and recommendations to management based on data analysis to optimize revenue and improve operational efficiency.

Collaboration:

Collaborate with sales marketing and other departments to develop promotional campaigns and packages to drive revenue.

Coordinate with housekeeping maintenance and other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Hospitality Management Business Administration or related field.

Proven experience in revenue management and front office operations in the hospitality industry.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make datadriven decisions.

Excellent communication leadership and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in property management systems (PMS) and revenue management software.

Knowledge of market trends and industry best practices in revenue management.
