Summary: We are seeking a fulltime Sourcing Support candidate for our agencys Sourcing unit. This hybrideligible position involves both administrative and procurementrelated tasks with the schedule coordinated by the hiring manager.

Responsibilities:

• Join a team specializing in contract administration handling both administrative (25%) and procurementrelated (75%) tasks.
• Schedule meetings and maintain the departments outofoffice calendar.
• Conduct telephone reference checks for the agencys contracts.
• Attend strategic sourcing procurement meetings and create/distribute meeting minutes.
• Perform procurement tasks in agency systems including file uploads and database updates.
• Audit records/files for accuracy and completeness in procurement and vendor sales reporting systems.

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Outlook.
• Superior oral and written communication skills.
