User Experience Designer with baseline security clearance Sydney/Canberra/anywhere in Australia

UserCentered Design Proficiency:
- Create and iterate intuitive engaging user experiences that meet user needs and comply with Web Content Accessibility Guidelines.

Collaborative Teamwork:
- Work effectively with user researchers developers product managers and stakeholders to align design solutions with business objectives.

Technical and Adaptive Design Proficiency:
- Proficient in design tools like Figma and Miro.
- Ability to produce designs at varying fidelity levels based on project needs.

Basic Web Development Knowledge:
- Familiarity with HTML CSS and JavaScript to understand technical constraints and collaborate closely with development teams.

Agile Development Experience:
- Experience with Agile methodologies to support a flexible and responsive design approach.
Requirements:
- Australian citizen with baseline security clearance.
- Location: Sydney Canberra or anywhere in Australia.
