What Youll Do:

As a Database Analyst you will spearhead the design development and maintenance of database structures essential for business applications. Your responsibilities will include:

Key Responsibilities:

• Design develop and maintain database structures to meet the needs of the organisations business applications.
• Analyse database performance to identify and resolve performance bottlenecks and enhance query efficiency.
• Implement data migration strategies for seamless data transfer between different database systems.
• Develop and enforce data security measures to safeguard sensitive information from unauthorised access.
• Troubleshoot and debug database issues to ensure the stability and availability of database systems.
• Document database schemas procedures and configurations to foster knowledge sharing and collaboration.
• Stay abreast of the latest database technologies trends and best practices to drive continuous improvement.
• Recommend and implement data warehousing and data mining solutions to unlock insights from data.

Qualifications:

• To excel in this role were seeking candidates with:

• A bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or a related field.
• 3 years of experience as a Database Analyst or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and querying.
• Experience with relational database management systems (RDBMS) such as PostgreSQL MySQL or Oracle.
• Knowledge of NoSQL database technologies like MongoDB or Cassandra.
• Strong problemsolving and analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve database issues.
• Attention to detail and excellent documentation skills for maintaining clear and concise database documentation.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve project objectives.
• Excellent communication skills to liaise effectively with crossfunctional teams and stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelors degree in computer science Information Technology or related field.
• Proficiency in Romanian (native) and English.
