We are looking to hire a Senior Sales Manager to join our team of talented professionals in the ELV department.
As a Senior Sales Manager you will play a pivotal role in shaping and executing our organizations sales strategies. Operating at the intersection of leadership and handson sales expertise you will lead a team to deliver exceptional results and contribute significantly to our growth.
Job requirements
- Candidate should have 15 years of experience in sales of ELV systems.
- Bachelors degree in engineering with MBA(Electrical Electronics preferred)
- Proven sales experience in the ELV market
- Should display leadership skills to help the sales team achieve their sales targets.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to map consultants and clients.
- GCC experience would be preferable.
Job Responsibilities
- Drive business development for assigned products and adopt appropriate winning sales strategies to achieve sales targets often in conjunction with partner.
- Identify key issues which impact the Business & recommend suitable products solutions & services to the Customers in coordination with technical & presales team.
- Manage existing accounts and generate revenue by applying excellent account management strategies.
- Negotiate price cost delivery and specification with Customer / supplier / contractors and close on the opportunity.
- Map competition and adopt sales strategies often in conjunction with partners.
- Build longterm relationship with customers positioning the Companys brand & services.
- Product management responsibility of assigned product account planning & forecasting.
- Payment followup keep outstanding under control as per company guidelines and ensure timely collection from the set of assigned accounts.
- Conduct sales presentation trade shows manage proposals coordinate for bids & tenders.
- Work with cross functional teams to close orders and contracts & RFPs.
- Escalate Customer issues process anomalies in a timely manner to seniors.
- Report sales date / progress as per the requirement of the Company.
- Keep outstanding under control as per company guidelines and ensure timely collection from the set of assigned accounts.
- Market Analysis requirements gathering and roadmap.
Job Types: Fulltime Contract
