Job Description

Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth in the Glass & Aluminum sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities developing strategic partnerships and expanding our market presence within the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis:
  • Conduct market research to identify trends opportunities and key players within the Glass & Aluminum industry.
  • Analyze market data to develop insights and strategies for business growth.
  • Business Strategy Development:
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to penetrate new markets and expand our customer base.
  • Identify potential business opportunities and assess their feasibility and alignment with company objectives.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients architects contractors and other stakeholders in the industry.
  • Understand client needs and requirements to tailor solutions and services accordingly.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
  • Drive sales efforts to achieve revenue targets and increase market share.
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and crossselling of products and services.
  • Partnership Development:
  • Identify potential partners suppliers and distributors to enhance our product offerings and reach.
  • Negotiate and establish strategic partnerships to drive mutual business growth.
  • Marketing and Promotion:
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective marketing campaigns and promotional activities targeted at the Glass & Aluminum industry.
  • Represent the company at industry events trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our products and services.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing Engineering or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in business development sales or marketing roles within the Glass & Aluminum industry.
  • Strong understanding of Glass & Aluminum products manufacturing processes and market dynamics.
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically analyze market data and develop actionable insights.
  • Selfmotivated proactive and resultsoriented with a passion for driving business growth.

Job Type: Fulltime

Pay: RO500.000 RO1500.000 per month

Experience:

  • Business Developments: 5 years (Preferred)
