Operational IT-Support Technician

Role:

• Standard office functions (Configuring of computers mobile phones ordering equipment managing meeting rooms printers network align and work towards

vulnerability mitigation etc.)

• Assist with structuring innovating and evolving the ITsupport and Office IT function to meet up with the needs for the end user and office.
• Uphold a continuous flow with the patching of relevant operating systems and supporting the standard applications.
• Ensuring that the conference rooms are well equipped ITwise and assist with potential futureproofing.
• Support important meetings live to ensure a smooth constant flow of operation.
• Maintain storage and inventory for the Office ITfunction to ensure that we are well equipped and ready to act.
• Support existing processes such as onboarding/offboarding.

Essential requirements:

• Microsoft 365
• ADmanagement
• Experience of Operational ITSupport with direct communication towards the end user preferably in person.

Competence and creativity to actively troubleshoot and solve IT related incidents as quickly and efficiently as possible.
