About the role:

As a Digital Project Manager at Clearfire you will work closely with our designers developers and Director of Operations to ensure the successful completion of projects. Your role involves overseeing budgets and timelines maintaining client satisfaction managing risks and addressing issues that arise. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills a solid understanding of digital marketing web design and development processes and expertise in digital project management best practices.

Responsibilities:

• Manage client projects to ensure ontime onbudget delivery that meets our quality standards
• Collaborate with the Director of Operations to plan forecast and schedule teamwork and priorities
• Create and manage project plans timelines and budgets tracking progress toward goals
• Maintain proactive client relationships and communication throughout projects setting and managing expectations
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues developing contingency plans as needed
• Conduct quality assurance reviews to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of project management experience preferably within the digital space
• Minimum of 2 years of clientfacing experience
• Ability to manage changing project courses and complex stakeholder groups
• Strong understanding of digital marketing web development and design principles
• Excellent proactive communication leadership and interpersonal skills
• Resourceful selfstarting approach to problemsolving and communication
• Proven ability to manage crossfunctional teams and motivate team members
• Strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple projects and priorities
• Experience with project management software and remote tools (e.g. Basecamp Slack Forecast)
• Strong presentation and verbal skills to communicate complex information clearly

Nice to Have:

• Project management certifications (e.g. PMP Louder Than Ten)
• Experience with different project management methodologies (e.g. Scrum Kanban Waterfall)
• Experience with WordPress or Craft CMS
• Knowledge or experience with SEO Google Analytics web accessibility and UX best practices
