Oracle Application Admin & Security 1 year ContracttoHire Hybrid in Atlanta *Candidates must be local to Atlanta and 100% onboard with converting to a permanent employee. This position will be hybrid onsite 3x a week. Sponsorship is not available for this position. Responsibilities :
- User Setup and Administration:
- Lead the setup and administration of users collaborating closely with business units to define roles access levels and security measures.
- Develop and implement user administration processes to ensure efficient onboarding and offboarding procedures.
- Security Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with SarbanesOxley (SOX) and other security standards actively participating in audits and maintaining a secure environment especially in the context of being a public company.
- Implement and monitor security controls to address regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Access Management with a Focus on Security:
- Administer access with a focus on security and regulatory requirements implementing measures for data protection and privacy.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enforce access policies that align with organizational security goals.
- Oracle Security Skills:
- Demonstrate proficiency in Oracle security including knowledge of Oracle Database Security features and best practices.
- Implement Oraclespecific security measures to protect sensitive data and ensure the integrity of Oracle applications.
- Communication with Security Teams:
- Establish and maintain effective communication with security teams to ensure alignment with organizational security goals.

- Proven Track Record in Application Administration and Security Management:
- Demonstrate a proven track record in application administration and security management showcasing successful experiences in user setup access control and security compliance.
- Familiarity with SOX Compliance:
- Have familiarity with SarbanesOxley (SOX) compliance requirements and experience in maintaining security measures for public companies.
