The GIDA Analyst will provide core customer service support regarding the targeted applications and systems. He will be responsible for fulfilling security maintenance related requests in all banking applications and other systems which have security module.
Tasks
- Strong understanding of the respective companys products processes and policies. Ability to review processes in accordance to companys Policies
- Handle escalations problems independently by utilizing key information security administration practices policies and providing excellent customer service.
- Assist the team on compliance calls meeting with Audit.
- Process entitlement compliance review requests and/or incident/change management handling for companys global customer base within established support thresholds including bulk requests and housekeeping tasks
- Ensure adherence to preassigned SLO requirements for designated requests at a personal and team level
- Checks and reviews implementation of already established security procedures within the framework of specific system assignments focusing on the full scope of GIDA Service Catalog requirements for simple thru complex multitiered applications.
- Providing coaching to other team members. Assists in development of others. Understands effective team skills and applies them
- Complete all tasks in connection with the organizations activity but not detailed in the current job description charged by the direct manager supervisor or the functional head.
Requirements
- Good command of English language (both verbal and written)
- Minimum High School Degree however Bachelors degree is an advantage
- Experience in an IT support or customer service role is preferred
- Analytical and detail oriented
- Customer service orientation
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple efforts and adjust priorities with evolving work efforts.
- Flexibility to work in various shifts
