Working Student Computer Vision and Deep Learning

For our Munich office we are looking for a working student (m/f/d; 1520h) that loves to play a role in shaping the future of our product.

Here you can dive into AI and its use in bringing Med Tec into the future.

Tasks

• Design and applications of image processing algorithms (incl. classical image processing and deep learning based methods) for medical ultrasound imaging tasks: segmentation and classification.
• Evaluation and performance report of the medical imaging algorithms.
• Knowledge in image registration.
• Take an active role in new medical imaging projects.

Requirements

• Experience or very strong interest for computer vision in medical domain.
• Experience with Python.
• Experience with essential computer vision libraries such as NumPy and ScikitLearn.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch or Tensorflow.
• Familiarity or strong desire to learn C
• Familiarity with web development (React library and/or FastAPI framework) is a plus.
• Excellent English skills (C1 or higher) good German skills are a plus (alternatively youre fluent in German and have good English skills)
• You will continue to study for at least 1 year

Our team currently consists of approximately 25 (really cool) people from 14 different countries and although we mostly speak German in the Munich office many meetings and some customer interactions are conducted in English.
