Senior Product Designer E-Commerce

As a Senior Product Designer of Ecommerce you will work closely with our marketing team to design highconverting Ecommerce experiences. You will focus on conversion rate optimization (CRO) from a UI/UX perspective turning users into loyal paying customers through intuitive and effective design solutions.

Tasks

Responsibilities:

• Design and create highconverting landing pages and sales funnels in Figma.
• Build and prototype pages using Framer ensuring seamless integration with our marketing and sales platforms.
• Develop and implement effective advertorial pages that drive traffic from Facebook ads to conversion.
• Continuously analyze user behavior using Microsoft Clarity and other analytics tools to identify areas for improvement.
• Conduct A/B tests and other experiments to optimize page performance and increase conversion rates.
• Brainstorm and design new features and take concepts through to production.
• Utilize and refine existing design systems building upon them to optimize our website and drive growth.
• Work closely with crossfunctional teams to understand our customers needs segmentbased behaviors and potential growth opportunities. Provide datadriven solutions based on those insights.
• Help influence strategic decisions across all corners of our web presence based on experimentation insights and growth data.
• Stay uptodate with the latest trends in UI/UX design CRO and digital marketing to ensure our strategies remain cuttingedge.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to improve user experience and conversion rates.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Product Designer UI/UX Designer or similar role with a strong focus on CRO.
• Proficiency in Figma and Framer with a portfolio showcasing your design work and successful projects.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with Microsoft Clarity or similar analytics tools.
• Demonstrated ability to design for monetization specializing in strategies that convert free users to paying customers.
• Has 5 years relevant design experience at a tech productdriven company with a proven track record in enhancing monetization.
• Extensive experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization and a deep understanding of the principles of UX/UI design.
• Excellent understanding of user experience principles and best practices.
• Meticulous attention to detail and strong problemsolving abilities.
• Proficient in using UX research and data analytics to guide design decisions.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fastpaced teamoriented environment.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to present and explain design decisions effectively.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous learning and improvement.
• Fluent in both German and English.
