Responsibilities
- Prepare recommend, suggest and amend as required legal terms, conditions and compliance measures.
- Review contracts and orders and produce observations, legal consequences, suggestions and recommendation.
- Participate alongside asset operations team in contracts legal terms & conditions discussions.
- Demonstrate Problem solving and analytical skills
- Directs the implementation of quality control measures.
- Establishes a learning and development culture together with coaching, mentoring and succession planning.
- Ensures service quality Excellence.
